Refund Policy

Welcome to Chungath Gold and Diamond Jewellery. If our customer wishes to return a product purchased from us, they can do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will ensure that the entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days after completing the quality checks of the product returned. Mentioned below are conditions applicable for refund:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may send the product back to us within 7 days. We will assure you a refund of the entire amount to your account within 10 working days.
  • There is, however, no refund for products purchased directly from our showrooms. The customer can replace the product with other available or alternative products in the shop.
  • The customer can return the product to our registered address at www.chungathjewellery.com and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped back to us to the registered address within 7 days.
  • The refund facility is available only through A/c Payee or Crossed Cheque and not in cash for products bought from any of our showrooms.
  • All refunds are subject to quality confirmation by Chungath’s skilled quality assurance team and evaluation of documents. The returned product should have the same quality and condition as on the date of purchase. The decision on the refund will be based on the quality of the returned product determined by the management of Chungath.
  • This refund policy is not applicable to products that are bought with specific indications like customisation, engraving, and purchases using promotion code or by discount coupon.
  • Once the product is received successfully at the showrooms and after completion of due quality checks, the refund will be initiated.
