Shipping Policy

Chungath Jewellery is very happy to provide a free shipping for each and every order within Kerala. Delivery is completely insured and will be delivered accurately, on time and in perfect condition. We request all customers to inspect the package, in the highly unlikely case that any damage has occurred in transit.
Outside Kerala, only items above Rs.90,000 will be delivered free of cost. Items below Rs.90,000 will be delivered at shipping cost of Rs.2,200. Also, for every purchase above rupees one lakh, additional insurance charges of Rs 100 will be charged per lakh.
Once the product is packed, we ship and deliver it with the help of the authorized high security courier service providers. All the booked items (ready stock) will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days where as special orders (manufactured/customized) will be delivered within 20 to 25 days. The item will be delivered in a special Chungath Gold & Diamond box with all the required certificates.
At the time of purchase, the customer should mention the address and provide other details of the person, who will collect the shipment. While placing the order, the member should state the complete name of recipient as it is stated in their Government approved photo ID proof.
At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and has to provide with any of the below mentioned approved identity proofs for verification.

• Passport
• Postal identification Card (Aadhaar)


To ensure that your order arrives safely at the destination, the courier will require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery.
In case, the customer wants anybody else to receive order delivery on their behalf, further details are required during the time of ordering the product. The items will be delivered to the person directly at the destination and once the order gets processed, the receiver’s details cannot be altered.
The person who receives the packaged product is expected to open it on the spot and check the contents before signing & receiving the delivery. In case the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Service Provider will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times in the address. If you are still unavailable, the product will be returned to the showroom. This condition demands, additional cost handling and re-shipment charges for resending the product.
